Management will tell you anything to get you to sign the lease but won't stand by it after your signature is in place. The lies continue even after you move in.
Amenities are limited. No pool or tennis courts. Cable is included in the rent, but for people that don't have a television, like myself still have to pay the monthly fee. I have spent $350 over the term of the lease for a feature I don't use (I was told before signing the lease that I could opt-out of this feature, but that wasn't so).

I live here too, and hate it. Have you thought of getting out of the lease. I sent mine to a lawyer. Thanks to Matthew and his lies, I am loosing money because of this freakin place. I have added some stuff in the discussion section. People need to band together anf prevent other people from living in this place.
