I have to say...I don't know what these people are complaining about. Yes....this is a basic apartment community that does not have the amenities of some of the other communities, but it is very nice. I have not had any major issues since I moved here. I find the staff to be very helpful. It was a little confusing at first when the leasing agent explained the heat and hotwater issue. Some of the apartments include the heat and hw and some you pay your own. I chose to have it included for budget reasons. The grounds are kept very nice, especially inthe spring and summer. I love it. Seems like some people on here just wanted to make trouble. I may nothave lived here very long, but so far my experience has been positive. My neighbors are nice too. We had a yard sale in the fall and I met some of my neighbors there.

I agree with honeylamb4. The apartments are small, not that great and they charge for everything. The only good thing I can say is that AIMCO sold the apartments. Maybe they will teach the nasty office manager some manners.
