The location is great, but the new management after AIMCO bought the complex are horrible. Last year they didn't send a lease renewal and then called me a month before expiration (already within their 60 days required notice to move) and blamed everything on corporate (a familiar theme here), but still never sent the lease until the week before it was up. The contract is ridiculous with it's lengthy small print of condition after condition legalese, but they said if I didn't return it within 3 days I would go to a month-by-month lease for like $300 extra/month plus another financial fee. They are hypocritical in their holding you to the letter of their ridulous lawyer generated contstraints, but if they or "corporate" don't follow through they still won't budge an inch. When the new owner's first took over they stopped sending monthly rent bills, and I was away for a weekend and without any monthly statement reminder I brought my rent check to the office at 9:00AM the next day after it was due. A good two months later I get a bill from them holding me by the terms of the old owner's lease (which they didn't write) charging me a $40 late fee (better than their late fee of $75 though). They had stopped sending monthly statements and took over two months to bill me for being hours late and charged me based on a contract they didn't even write. I tried to protest but they would not budge. Now that I'm signed up for automatic payments and don't need it they annoy me by sending a statement every month. They raised my rent by over 7% recently even with the housing market dropping like a rock, corresponding private rents down, and widespread deflation. They have a nice fancy website though. Renter beware!!!

I totally agree with you! I moved out of here last year and am so happy I did. Hudson Harbour is shady and they pretty much rob you. I would go on record about what they did to me. I feel bad for you. The best you can do is just spread the word of how crappy they are there. I detest the freakin management, who lie about everything just to get you to move it! Bastards!
