I lived here for 2 years. I can honestly say that it's a huge ripoff. Granted, I liked my place...I mean, it was home, ya know' It was a 1 bedroom w/ loft and I paid $1019/mo. WAAAAAAY OVERPRICED. You're basically paying for location here. Close to IBM, the main highway, shopping, dining, etc. The staff were so not helpful...maintenance sucked. My door knob came off in my hand once and I called maintenance because I couldn't get out of my apartment. I told them clearly what the situation was and they took 6 HOURS to come! 6 HOURS! Seriously..what if there had been a fire or something' Anyway...place isn't so great.
