I rented this place and lived here with my wife for 1 year. If you are commuter to NYC/Yonkers , this is best place to live. Very close to train station. But apt size and facilities are very crude. If you have kids please do not rent 1 BR , they are small. The manager is quiet ok, you might have to call 2-3 times before your call gets returned. Hot water was horrible, in the morning when you need it, its not even warm. If you call them , you get same answer every time "I will take a look", they never did permanent fix. If you are newly married or starting first job, or student, this place is good because rent is not too high. but Thats what you get for small rent.
