*The rental office is a real pain to deal with. They give me an attitude anytime I call.
*You have to send in the rent check to a NJ office. If it's not in NJ by the 5th of hte month you get a $50 late fee. Even if it's in the home office by then. You have to send it in with the paystub and they don't send out the bill till around the 20th of the month. It's a pain to protest the late fee and the home office tells you to fax info to other office etc. a mess.

*The model looks the nicest. You have to ask for a bedroom with 2 windows like the model. some come wiht only one depending on layout. Get hardwood floors, They gvae me white carpet which is bound to get dirty and i'll probably loose my whole security deposit on that.
*These apt's are old. Remodeling job is shoddy. Especially bathroom. What a joke. They painted the bathtub and all the tile white over an old green, bathtub. We aren't suppoesd to use harsh cleaners but it still is chipping like crazy. The grout between the floor tiles is coming up a lot too.
*Get a second floor apt because the first floor everyone can see right into your apt and there are more bugs. You can also here a lot of noise from upstairs apt. People walking around and the water running.
*They falsely advertised the pool and crappy gym (a little room with 3 machines in it). They opened the pool for one week in sept. They were working on it all summer!
*maintenance isn't the best. They shovel a lot but don't salt the walkways too much.
*I've talked ot several people that live in this complex and I am not the only one that thinks the maintenance guys are shady and go into the apt's when you aren't there. Only problem is I have no way to prove it.

*Overall the apt layout is pretty nice size compared to other complexs that are even more expensive.
