The people who run the leasing office are the most insincere people in the world. They pretend to be nice to you, but they are probably cursing at you in their head. They do a terrible job serving their customers. I had numerous problem in my apartment, and it took them forever to address them. When the maintaince people come in the apartment, they drag their muddy shoes on your cream carpet. They've been having water problem. They would send you a note that they're going to turn off the water for a certain day, but they don't, instead they would just turn off the water whenever they want. The rent is going up fast every year, but I guess it's still reasonsable in the area. I would be content if they just fired those people in the office and hire better ones.
