Don't judge a book by it's cover. In this case it's a bad thing. My husband and I moved to the area from Indiana and didn't know what we were getting into. At first the management are nice, but once a resident forget it. Our neighbors were constantly being visited by the police at all hours of the night, we had them peaking in our apartment windows from outside. The laundry room was always dirty and machines were breaking. Our carpeting had no padding so we mine as well had concrete, our air conditioning was broken for a least 3 weeks during the hottest part of summer and we complained at least 5 times. Our bathroom ceiling leaked everytime someone upstairs took a shower and to the point where the ceiling actually buckled. They painted the tub over and when we moved out, they tried to get us because it didn't look clean enough. Our closet doors were put on backwards and never got fixed, I could go on forever. All I have to say is look around.
