My year at MountainBrook has been the worst rental experience I have ever had. There are so many problems, I will just hit the highlights. First my heat kept on going out over the winter. The maintance men told me that there was a "pocket" that shifted from apt. to apt. causing heat to go out and they couldn't fix it. Neighbors upstairs from me moved out in less than a month because they NEVER had heat in their apartment. I've had three mice and one hamster in my apartment and the property managers said "we do have an infestation" but "its not our problem". I've had leaks that were not repaired for weeks, and they do not announce or leave a receipt when they do enter my apartment. The property staff are nice until you sign and then horrible afterwards. Again, do not live here!!!
