Well at first this place looks like a great deal and yes it is one of the cheaper places to live in Dutchess County. My advice is to look over in Ulster County because it is cheaper and MUCH NICER!
Last winter we were without hot water for about 2 weeks. Last week when it started to get cold, the heat AMAZINGLY turned off. I was made promises that were never followed through on and the Office personnel just told me to be patient. We are moving out of here before our lease ends and paying couble rent for 2 months. That is how bad it is here. The horror stories of painted bathtubs and painted over doorknobs are just unacceptable. I do not expect to get my security because I KNOW that this place is just a money sucking place to live. LOOK AROUND!!

Besides the maintenance issues,Is it really that bad? I'm supposed to move there at the end of the month. I'm sooo glad that you were honest.

that's true lots of heat and hot water issues. I can't even get verizon telephone in the apartment because verizon says apartment telephone wiring is bad. Maintenance and management is a joke. they never respond whenever you call them. vents are broken. Paint keeps chiping off in the bathrooms and no matter how many times you complain they will never fix it.

I dont understand why every complains so badly about chipped paint. IT'S PAINT. PAINT! If it's reall such an issue it can be soved quite easily with a little bit of remover!
