My daughter is a college student who recently moved in to Mountain Brook. The on-site management is excellent and the maintenance staff is always prompt and courteous. The apartment was clean and ready for move-in, and the gift basket with many household products was a welcome surprise. They go above and beyond to make you comfortable and to promote a real sense of community. I would highly recommend Mountain Brook. I do not agree with the negative reviews. If there were problems here in the past, they do not seem to be an issue any longer. The management and maintenance team have really got a handle on things.
