I have lived there only for a one year lease, and I have been trying to get out no less than 6 months into the lease. The main problem being the heat never works. We went three days in a 55 degree apartment. We called maintenance countless times, and they never fixed it, I had to call the board of health which got us space heaters. Now the heat 'works' because its not too cold out, but it wont turn down, it's heating the apartment up to 80 degrees.

Parking is a mess. There's never any parking and if you park on Innis between November and April overnight you'll get a ticket. They didn't tell us that when we signed our lease, they said we were allowed to park there. Sometimes I have to park 3 buildings down. The paint is peeling and the ceiling is cracking and water damaged. The roof leaked the first 3 months we were there everytime it rained, it took a lot of complaining to get that fixed.

This was a complete nightmare, I can't wait to move out.
