Very overpriced for the area; incredibly thin walls and ceilings; former housing project (30 years past) and the buildings show the shoddy construction associated with that type of housing. While there is a pool, the hours of operation are minimal and the portion of the year the pool is open is very brief (end of June to end of Aug.). In-house laundry facilities are also very overpriced but there is a laundry in the strip mall across the main road. NOT RECOMMENDED.

Laundry is overpriced. Problems with washers where clothes come out wet. Seems the machines stopped before the entire cycle is complete. Dryers are too small to accomodate same washer load. I came to Ridgefield because of their laundry room, and I have to live with these crappy machines!!! Walls inside the house is so thin that opening drawers, microwave & running tap can be heard from the adjoining room (master bed room in our case). In winter, ground only minimally salted & very treacherous, since the the apartment complex is built on slopes. Otherwise the apartment is spacious & well-planned. Respectable neighbors.
