This place is great, especially if you get a 2nd floor unit with a balcony. I've lived here for 2 years, and I'm still amazed by how well the grounds are taken care of year-round. Whenever I've had any problems (all minor stuff), a simple call to Gail gets the job done. The owners really care about this place, and I feel lucky to have ended up here until I can find an affordable house to buy in the area.
