Unkept, run down, dirty and Horrible Landlord

I have never lived in a place that had such poor quality living. My tiles on my floor no matter how hard I scrubbed them were always dirty. They were that way when I moved in. My bathroom tiles were surounded with mold as well as an infestation of mold on every window in the house. My windows could not be opened for whatever reason. The superintendant was really nice but the owner of the property was a miserable person to deal with. Any time you call her office to have something fixed in your house it would never get done and when you would finally call her on her emergency line (if she answered) she would always blame her office staff of incompetence. She was not accountable to her property and difficult talk to. It took her 3 months to finally come deal with the mold. The mold was so bad my bathroom ceiling caved in and the behind the ceiling was all mold. My family spent the winter sick. Save yourself the trouble and find another place to live.
