Awesome I've lived here since december 2007 and couldn't be happier. Gail goes above and beyond the call of duty to accommodate everyone. she is a wonderful person as well as Brian and his crew. everyone is so nice. This is a classic example of courtesy is contageous.

Not worth it While at first, this looks like a nice apartment on the surface. The wood floors are nice but there is no insulation in the floors so you hear everything from the neighbors upstairs. There is also no noise reduction material between apartments and you can actually hear normal

NEW OWNERS ARE THE SAME AS CHERRY HILL The new owners are the same as Cherry Hill North. Read those reviews to see how they take care of those apts.. As often happens, they're charming until you sign the lease then you become an annoyance moving forward.
