When we moved in we were so excited - the size of the apartments are awesome. BUT NO CLOSET SPACE. We live in a two bedroom w/ loft and there are 3 closets - and the so called walk in closet has the water heater in it - so you can imagine the space. Parking a nightmare - people park all over the place - you can't even get two cars through at the same time. Walls are paper thin - you can hear your neighbors. The leasing office never has the same story twice, all of the employees have different policies and offer different outcomes. Also the maintenance you have to hunt down - once they do come - they do do a good job. You just have to be very very patient - like weeks. The windows and ceiling leaked this winter - and nothing was done to compensate - we should just be thankful that we are not one of the other apartments - is the comment one of the leasing agents said. Foundation walls cracking - which were suppose to be fixed in April - its now June - nope not done or mentioned again. We are moving out shortly and can't believe the stories and complaints from neighbors.

There are brownstones in downtown Albany = much cheaper and just as spacious. Look around before you settle here. NOT WORTH THE HIGH RENT!!!
