It is too bad that a few sour apples try to ruin it for everyone. I have lived here for 2 years. I was one of the first people to move in and plan on staying. I never hear my neighbors or have any encounters with bad children. My heat bills are very reasonable considering we had the worst winter in 25 years. If someone does not believe what the heat bills are, all they have to do is call Niagara Mohawk and ask.
The girls in the office work really hard and are always polite. They would not lie as someone claimed.
The fitness room is the best in the area and the equipment is always working. Yes there are busy times but sometimes I am the only person in the gym. Plus an additional gym will be built in the spring.
I just don't understand all the negativity because I feel if your in an apartment that did not work out for you any person could have transferred to a place in the complex that better suited them. For instance the people who don't like kids could of transferred away from the kids. The people who want to be away from dogs could arrange that.
As for the mud and dust...the Mansions is under construction. Do these people who decided on the apatments think Rome was built in a day. They are not done but, the good news is they will be done soon. If you did not want mud or dust they could of again picked an apartment away from construction. But if you choose an apartment in the second part you have to expect mud until the building is done.
