I moved here b/c I didn't know any better - I had just moved to the Albany area and I have a dog so I took what I thought the best deal was. The apartments though are poorly built - the walls aren't straight, the drawers don't open in the kitchen, there are wiring and plumbing problems as well. And the staff doesn't listen to you. If you call in a work order they don't get back to you in a timely order. It can take over a week before they send someone to fix the problem. They sell themselves as a luxury community but it is really not. There are much better places in the area.
