First of all I agree with all the other complaints in the other comments!! The construction is horrible! I too could hear every noise from nextdoor. Not to mention the excessive dirt and bugs from the construction that seems to never end! However the worst part is the mansions so called "fees" its 500 security deposit if you own a pet. Which by the way at move in is described as a fee for any pet damages that may occur. Then there is the 300 security deposit which they say you should have no problem getting back because of the 250 redecorating fee they also charge! Well we moved out and so far it has been over 2 months and we have recived nothing back from them! they say they took out 80$ out for pet damages! Well when we moved in we were told any pet damages would be coved by the pet fee of 500$. Total lies! Someone should turn these people in! I don't even think it's legal to charge a "re-decorating" fee as well a security deposit! oh by the way we are only getting 178 back for extra money taken out for cleaning! what happend to the 250 for redecorating' This place is a joke!
