Too expensive

For the thin walls, dusts and noises it was too expensive. I felt like I was sharing my place with the neighbors, I lived thinking that if I was very careful with the noise my neighbor will too. I guess I was lucky to get a retired couple under our loft.
Why could not they build at least one room where you are not stepping on someone else?s ceiling'
No ADSL for my unit, I had to go cable. My electricity bill reached 150$. The garage was nice, no kids around, neighbors were friendly. No problem with the utilities. Also our Caller ID was almost not working, Verizon verifed and everything was ok. Since the line was noisy, I blamed it on the rushed construction.
Our lobby was not heated and you could see your breath in the air in winter. Quite unpleasant.
Outside looks nice but the inside feel incredibly cheap.
