We have lived in the mansions for the past 5 months and have been disappointed for all 5 months. This place is horrible. We live in a 2 bedroom apartment on the second floor. The apartment is absolutely freezing. You can feel the draft coming in through the windows. The perimiter walls are ice cold as if there is no insulation. The heat is constantly running with NIMO bills averaging $155. Add this with your $980 month rent and your telephone, cable, sewer, water, etc. it gets rediculous. Dont bother leaving your shoes at the bottom of the stairs cause they will be frozen by morning, or you could turn on that electric heater they installed and donate more money to NIMO.
We have had 2 water main breaks under our stairs caused from pipes freezing. When maintenance has to access your apartment, be prepared to come home and find your doors unlocked and carpets dirty. I have complained about this and it just keeps happening. They have no respect for your place and just come and go as they please without notification to enter your apartment. You have no renters rights here. The list is long. This is just a heads up if you are considering living here. There are alot better places than this one. Dont make the same mistake. We are out in a month and cant wait. This comment list will keep growing with negativity Im sure.
