Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
 
Whoever posted "I love this place" must be doing some drugs or is one of the two young ladies (who by the way have perfected the good-cop bad-cop routine) who run the Mansions.
Whoever owns these places should be ashamed of themselves.
