Our Front door frame not longer allows our door to close. We actually had an outside company come take a look because we received no help from Danielle or Tammy...the girls in the office. While working on the door the workman was approached by several other neighbors from two other buildings to ask if he could come fix their door frames. Unfortunately, he came to find out that there has been water damage to more than 12 doorframes and it is a fire hazard. The doors do not close. So for example, you cannot lock your door, nor shut your door. There is water that froze in the frame. So it is the middle of winter and we were cold enough due to the drafts in other places, but our front door did not shut. So now it is spring and having known this info about other neighbors I started looking at the buildings front doors....you will never believe this....they are buckling....like the building is coming down....the siding is coming off because there is no where else to go. I am not staying. It is unsafe. I wish the complex the best, but why would you do business like this' I do not predict it to be successful, except for the fact that I found out they do not have to pay any tax on builing property until the construction is complete......hence, the ongoing, continual relentless construction......no wonder!!!!!
