I have lived in the second phase for longer than 6 months now. Survived a winter and understand what people say about parking and snow. You know what' The houses just down the street had just as much snow BUT they had to do shoveling and plowing themselves! Choose your own happiness !! I have to say that the winter, even with all its snow, was not so bad. I live on an end near the woods so the traffic is low and parking is pretty good. Same choice everyone had .... lucky me I guess!

I am amazed that there are so many negative comments and bet you are thinking the same thing! But think about this....390 apartments and a handful of complaints ! Not bad and they have been open about 1 1/2 years I think. Everyone else must be enjoying their apartment to post anything! ..

They are spacious, yet cozy, on the expensive side, yet affordable, depends on what you want in life, right' If you are worried about utilities call Nimo and see for yourself...think about the last time you asked a friend about a movie they saw. They hated it and you loved it ! Its a personal preference. To live here you know what apartment communities are about. There is no secret that there are alot of apartments here, but again... choices. You loved it when you pulled in for the first time, you were so excited telling your friends and family. So much that you probably wove in and out of the traffic several times showing everyone you know around. You still moved in after seeing all the cars . No surprises there !

Walking inside each time you come home is great with spacious floor plans and plenty of room to live life with or without kids. The playground is nice and there is plenty of exploring for kids in the surrounding woods. Having 3 kids, its nice to have woods and SPACIOUS apts !

You choose whether you want to get close with your neighbors or stay at an arms distance. People are friendly that we have met.

Funny for me, Maintenance hasn't been a problem. In fact the guys are friendly and helpful. I have had a few demos on the heating systems, and I have had a few things that needed fixing, just like any new home owner when a building is first built.

If you like apartment life...and dont mind a few extra cars its a great place to live. If you have a problem call the office.....and give them a chance to handle the problem without developing a preconceived notion that a few people living here that are unhappy are the majority!

Imagine what it will look like here in the spring and summer'

If you are looking here come a few times see what is opened up and revisit after seeing the other area apts....you will like it here best !
