I have lived here for one year and have renewed my lease for a second year with an increase in rent of $20 a month.

Overall, I think the place is nice and my NIMO bills are around $200 in the winter (kept at 66 to 68 degrees with plastic on the windows) for a 2 story 3BR and $100 in the summer, whichs seems average.

I like the garage, we do use it to park and store a few things, but we can easily fit some stuff and a car in there. We have 3 cars and can always find parking. The walls are thin, but our neighbors are not noisy, but you can easily here a conversation even if you are not trying to listen, but it's really not loud, maybe my neighbors are just quiet.

The gym and the pool are nice and I can ussually get on a machine in the gym right when I get there and if not within 10 minutes of getting there, I use it 5 times a week.

I would say BY FAR the worst thing about this place is the office staff. They are RUDE and blame you when things break, and if something does break it takes 2-3 days for them to fix it. They claim to have an emergency fix-it/maintence line but they never give out the number. When the maintence men do come they are nice and respectful, but they should leave a note saying they have come so we know the issue is fixed. The plowing is good, which is why there is so many pot holes after the winter. I am hoping they will be fixed soon.

You don't deal with the office much after you move in, but there is only one nice lady. However, overall they do not jump for you, which you think they would when I said I wanted to renew my lease.

Overall a nice place, but it seem as though it depends on your neighbors, your number of cars and your lifestyle.
