I've been here since "Phase II" was completed and I was very much looking foward to living here. Now, however, I really regret ever leaving my old apartment. Maintenance is non-existant, no matter how many times you ask. I have a leaking roof and a water damaged wall that has existed since I moved in and no one will fix it. I also have a huge gap in my garage door that no one will fix...snow blows in during the winter. The walls in the apartment cracked when the building shifted and no one will fix the cracks. Requests for maintenace in writing and by phone are literally ignored, as are complaints about noisy residents. The terms of the lease are never enforced and the office staff are rude and unresponsive to problems.

The apartments look nice superfically, but the construction is pretty shoddy and the materials used are of questionable quality, particularly the floor coverings. The painting was extremely poor with large places on walls and woodwork missed. Often apartments around mine (and including mine) were skipped this winter when the snow was plowed, and I've come home on "trash day" to find my garbage still in the can. Services are very poor. And the ants and spiders, at least here in my first floor apartment, are a constant problem in warm weather.

Finally, I had to put a space heater in my bedroom and plastic on the windows. Without either one, when the temperature gage in the living room reads "70", the temperature in my bedroom was 52. Not fun and pretty surprising for a newly constructed, "state of the art" apartment community.

I'll be staying until the end of this current lease but not a minute longer. If you're looking for an apartment in this area, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. This place is rediculously over priced and living here is a very disappointing and frustrating experience.
