"Do not judge a book by it's cover" is surely the case here. What appears to be a high end, quality complex turned out to be nothing less than an expensive trailer park. As a matter of fact, most mobile homes today are built better than the apartments at the Mansions. Buyer beware - there is no insulation, either for heating or sound, no security, no service from the office and no maintenance. Pretty poor for a place that collects in excess of $500K per month in rent. The apartments have water and mold problems and the utility costs are very high. The only thing you will get to do is throw your money away. The office is real good at collecting money, but they do not like to return your money. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.
