Bring your shovel as snow removal was two days after the fact!

Horrible parking most of the year--ridiculous in winter unless you want to climb over 10 feet snow bank because they make no walkway from the ONE parking lot.

Poor insulation--hugely high heating bills.

Garages barely larger than a car.

You can hear neighbors.

Have to keep garbage in your garage...

Not sure who's fault this is, but the road to the Mansions is riduculous and only half was re-paved!

You are tols upfront that part of deposit will NOT be returned due to incidental damage for hanging pictures, etc...

i slipped and fell on ice outside my apartment, when I asked for salt so I could salt it instead of having to wait 12 hours for it to be salted, I was told salt is too expensive to give out to the residents.
