I was a tenant at Tech Park. And everything you read in these statements is correct. The staff is dreadful to deal with, the buildings are cheap and drafty. The walls are paper thin, and there are more doggy poop piles there than i care to count.

I moved out at first opportunity, and havnt been happier.

One more thing. They are in RENSSELAER CITY SCHOOL DISTRICT One of the worste in the state of New York. go to oak hill at least there your kids will be in the East Greenbush School district. Much much better.

There is nothing I have nice to say about the mansions at tech park, except that i no longer live there and have to put up with it.

Especially since they list the mailing address of the complex in north greenbush, (for the management office) so you don't know about the schools until it is too late.

oak hill is no better unless you are friends with the site manager you will get nothing and all your business will be out there. Some tenants even have the site manager's home phone number and cell number so that they can call anytime
