I've been here a year and lease is almost up. New management and I have seen some changes on the grounds (cosmetic). I never hear my neighbors which is a good thing and they never hear me and my family. I barely even see them. But the bad ass kids in the neighborhood needs to be addressed. Them damn kids be kicking up the bark and throwing it around which is a mess in front of the doors other than their own. I caught their asses one day and cussed all 5 of them out and had them clean up the mulch that they scattered. The kids that walk the dog dont clean up after their muts (kids dont need to walk them if their not cleaning behind them). Other than that I cant complain...and yeah they are overprice but the master bdrm is very larg and the closet space is great. I guess the pricey part is that they come with washer and dryers and garages which is great b/c these bad ass kids in the complex are all over them.
