This place is awful: walls are paper thin, bedrooms are super small, layouts are not that great, and management is horrible. Stay far away, I should have realized when the agent pushed a special deal on us for free internet and cable for 12 months and reduced the rent by $50 if we signed a lease asap. Our mistake, we signed a lease and they did a bait and switch on us too, didn't even get the apartment they showed us. Management is awful to deal with, they are super nice until you sign that lease and then they become a-holes and just want your money.

In summary, save your time and money.

They did the same "bait and switch to my family". Showed us a nice apt. really close to the play ground and center court area, then moved us into a unit on the outskirts of the complex right next to the woods. Then they even had the gaul to charge us more rent per month for the "wooded view". The proper name is the mosquito breeding ground. Good luck getting out of your lease, they are real buttholes in that office.

Thats unfair to say. Mgmt has done alot to change from the previous company. Most people look and agree to the units they rent and what do you expect you signed a lease and you would hold them to it also to if you were a landlord. Maybe you were not keeping up with your end of the deal.
