I HAVE LIVED AT THE MANSIONS FOR 2 YEARS AND AND VERY THANKFUL THAT WE HAVE NEW OWNERS AND MANAGEMENT COMPANY. I STOPPED IN THE OFFICE THE OTHER DAY TO MEET THE STAFF AND FOUND ANDREA IS THE NEW MANAGER. I ALSO MEET THE NEW LEASING PEOPLE AND SOME PEOPLE FROM THEIR CORPORATE OFFICE. THEY SEEMED VERY PROFESSIONAL AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. I AM ACTUALLY EXCITED ABOUT THE CHANGE. IT WILL BE VERY NICE TO HAVE A MANAGEMENT COMPANY THAT CARES ABOUT THEIR TENANTS. lGjq8RUBjvsZjkb5ueji

Do not rent here. The inside of the apartments are very nice but the walls are so thin, you can hear EVERYTHING. There is a dog next door that barks all day long and it sounds like the dog is in my apartment. Upstairs neighbors tend to put thier dog in the garages, and again, it sounds like they are right there in your apartment. Rent is very expensive and includes NOTHING. Town management has just taken over and they are rude and disorganize. They lose paper work and then when you call the corporate office for a complaint you get the same rude, disrespectful attitudes. I have even walked into the office and overheard the management talking about tenants in a negative way. They were making comments about a tenant who had called SEVERAL times to get their toliet fixed and were making fun of their accent. They are so unprofessional. I can't wait to move!!!!!!! I was actually thinking about contacting the state housing department to make a further complaint, since talking to corporate is like talking to a wall. DO NOT RENT HERE!
