Good but nmot worth the money

Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2008
I am living here for the past 18 months
Let me start off with the positives:
1 - Calm and quite location
2 - Nice apartments with remote garages and washer/driers
3 - Good place to walk,cycle during summers.
4 - Good quick response maintenance guys.
Bad things:
1 - Costly and rent is ever increasing ( now it is too costly)
2 - huge apartments and so huge electricity bills
3 - No cable or internet or trash removal ( you pay extra for this )
4 - bad snow removal during winters
5 - they have no door-bells.
