Dear Friends of the Mansions,

The following are concerns of many people who live at the Mansions of Technology Park.

A) Very unfriendly and unprofessional services(leasing office)

B) Unsanitary pool conditions

C) Unsafe and unsanitary fitness room conditions(machines have not been serviced as well as no available supply of antibacterial solutions to those who use the facility which is a state law.

D) Very unsafe roads and drive ways( poor drive way conditions has caused many garages to flood or retain water, making the high priced 200 or so square feet useless.

E) Buildings have not been properly maintained ( parts and pieces of the buildings have not been replaced)

F) Unattractive landscaping(poor watering system and unsightly grass areas)

I believe this is so untrue. Have you seen the flowers and shrubs they have planted and landscapers are on the property twice a week!! The pool is absolutely GEORGES very clean and well maintained. The fitness room could use cleaning from time to time but not that much, they have water and towels available for you in there for you. maintenance always come to fix things with in 24 hours. They are really nice there this person is crazy. Think there are 390 units and since the company has switched owners in January 2008 u have only 3 complaints probably from someone that got evicted, the Mansions are GREAT!

Whomever you are you are wrong this place does not fit the bill and if you think landscapers who make the outside look nice, when you get poor treatment and the apartments are not properly maintained you are crazy. THE MANSIONS SUCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Call their staff for an appointment they'll probably hire you, or wait, you sound like the staff.
