I have been living here for almost one year now. Here are the good and bad. Good: Location, pool, size of apartments, attached garage, central air, fast-response maintenance, workout facility, decks. Bad: Not too picky when choosing their tenants, parking is horrible and car alarms going off quite a bit, not enough green space, traffic, thin walls, lack of . Is it worth the money....'' Yes, I have looked elsewhere and it's tough to find anything of this size with these amenitites for this price. BUT, if management doesn't get on their toes and starting cleaning the outside of their buildings and fix siding that has fallen off in many areas, it's going to go downhill pretty quickly!
