Alright, so we signed our second lease not to long ago. We both really didnt want to but we had no choice, houses are hard to find. Let me just start out by saying, that the Manager of the mansions, is horrible. Does not like to listen, or help any resident. You pretty much have to pull teeth to get anywhere. Our first apartment was flooded 3 times!!! they would'nt help me clean it the night it happend, so I had to move all my completely soak furniture out of the way and use my own cleaner to suck up the water I could get. Now mind you everytime this happened it was about 2 inches a water from each slider door into the closest and out about 4 feet from the sliders. They charged me for all the super high energy using fans they were using to dry my carpets, and they smelt. I took it upon myself to call the owner of the rental property adn complain, since the office was not helping any. They got us a new apartment with a months free rent and paid for the damages to our furniture. On with the new apartment. DRAFTY! our heating bill was over 200 dollars because we had to keep our heat on 79 degrees, but it was actually 65 in the apartment! When the wind blows the curtains move! The floors are horrible, asked for help on those and they don't wanna hear it. Garage has a leak and a giant hole in the floor. You cant walk out on to our patio when its raining because theres no sheilind to protect you, its an open roof, so when it rains the water collects on the sliding door and comes in through the bottom, again collecting water in our apartment. REDICULOUS!!!.. Do not rent from these people, save your self the stress and waste of time.. Not worth the money they charge, and not only that their rates went up for these crappy apartments. Parking is terrible too.. If you have two or more cars, good luck finding a place to park!

I agree with the review. We went there to see the apartment and the Asian lady in the office seemed not interested at all in showing the apartment. They had a big board placed "OPEN HOUSE", but their approach towards expectant tenants was very discouraging. I am definately not going there again. The apartment looked nice, but the landscaping looked haphazard and un-attractive. not worth paying that much money.

If management believes that prospective renters don't read these reviews and heed the warnings, they are horribly wrong!!!! I look at the apartments and I liked them very much. It was hard getting a feel for the place being I was there during the day when people were at work and the kids in school. I was up in the air about wanting to rent from there. Now reading these reviews, I WILL be staying far away. So I do hope management of that place does read these reviews. They really do work!

I am so pleased that people are actually reading these reviews. I lived on River Chase and then Fox Hollow with my newborn and my husband. I lived on the first floor set up and then the second floor set up in a 3 bedroom. TRUST ME, everyone that has a complaint on this website is telling the truth. The walls are paper thin, the heating is ridiculous because there is no insulation, the parking is atrocious, the management is rude and clueless. It's NOT worth the money. I LOVED the setup and then I realized, that was the only thing that was worth it. YEs, the amenties seem great but when you're paying a ridiculous amount in heat because the walls, floors, everything is cold and your neighbors can hear everything thing you do (so god forbid you have nosy neighbors, it's even worse), just stay away. Please.
