I lived at Partridge Hill for one year. I couldnt wait to get out of my lease. I lived on the third floor and the tenant below CONSTANTLY complained about the noise coming from my apartment, and to be honest with you, we were never home, but none the less the apartment managers were constantly harassing us about the noise. Secondly, there was rarely a parking space at our building, especially in the winter after a snow storm, where they sometimes took two days to plow out the parking spots or shovel the walkways. Thirdly, the old broken down washers and dryers in our building were constantly breaking down after repeated complaints to the office, they still never replaced them. Fourth, the apartments cost a fortune to aircondition in the summer, the hallways were always stuffy and smelled. Fithly, the pool doesnt open until mid June and if there was a threat of rain or clouds, it would be closed. Lastly, my biggest comlaint was the security deposit. Here's where I advise any current tenants to BEWARE!!! When I moved out of my apartment I left it in its original condition, not spotless, but nothing was dirty or damanged, when I recieved my refund of my security deposit the apartment manager kept $785.00 of my $980.00 deposit!!!! They claimed it was for "cleaning" and removal of mini blinds (that were there when I got there by the way). When I tried to argue with the apartment manager to get some of my deposit back she was rude, unhelpful, and refused to give me my deposit back. In short, I would not recommend this rip off joint to anyone, head my warning, the other tenants in my building felt the same way!
