I lived here for 1.5 yrs and found the owner to be a real good person.
Yes, this isnt the hilton, however it is clean, has well maintained grounds, and has the biggest apartments for a reasonable price.

I did know some folks who lived there for 6 years. The wife, was a fighter and thought their tenure entitled them to special treatment.
Sad.

I would recommend the place...However do be wary of the SUV driving, mother of 3, bitchy blondie in building 4.
