I also live in building 4 and I must say this place sucks!!!!! The washers and dryers are a gamble. They rarely work and when you call to get a refund.... you are told to go scratch. Its not about the $1.25, its about the principle. I was actually told "If you don't like it, go to a laundrymat!". The grounds are kept in good shape though. The mantainence guy works his butt off the best he can. Only one guy for all of these apartments. I'm not looking forward to moving again but this place is awful.
