I lived at Partridge Hill for 2 years and found the overall experience to be excellent. I didn't experience any of the problems that the people below have noted. My brother and I had a 2 bedroom apartment on the 2nd floor. The place was huge and well lit. We had some intermittent problems with the A/C one summer but it was resolved. My *only* complaints (and I can barely call them complaints):

- There were too many handicap parking spots relative to the tenants. I would often come home late and find every available parking space filled up with 2 or 3 prime handicap spots unfilled.
- The garbage dumpsters were moved to a remote part of the complex which required a significant walk. In all fairness, this did improve the overall aesthetic value of the apt. complex.
- You are not allowed to do laundry or vaccuum after 10 PM. To most this may not be a problem, but as a young, active professional adult who sometimes worked very late it would have been nice to be able to do laundry a little later. This was not so much the landlord's fault as the curmudgeon tenant that lived downstairs near the laundry room.

I've always felt the prices were on the reasonable side. (we paid $910 for 1,000 square feet). Jackie Falvey was always very reasonable and understanding with any requests or problems we had. The only issue for some was that it usually took at least a day for her to get back to us (which was never really a problem for me but may be for others).

I would absolutely recommend this place and give it 4.5 stars out of 5.

I am surprised that DUMP hasn't turned into section 8. As far as the dumpster being too far away and not aesthetically pleasing... There is nothing that those half wits can do that would make that place aesthetically pleasing. Maybe tear it down and build a park. After all you cant shine ----. The slugs after it rains is DISGUSTING! I took pictures of them with my camera. I think I might post it for all thinking of living in this dump to see.
