Basically Partirdge Hill has a lot of stiff competiion. They are NOT keeping up, not in the least bit. Take a look around the newer places before renting here. You are going to pay more but the landlords really do care and arent out for a quick buck. Take my advice stay as far away as you can. As a matter of fact dont even drive by, you might catch something! Yes, in the end of your stint at Partridge Hill you wont even want to drive by. Thats how TRULY BAD it is!
