You get what you pay for - I lived at 39 Vick Park B. The building is very old and could use a lot of work. They are good at keeping up with repairs but they do a sloppy job when it comes to cosmetic work. Instead of pulling out the nails and hardware left in the walls from the previous tenant, they just painted over it.
