Decent apartment - We've lived here about 9 months and so far its not too bad. The living room is sizable and it feels roomy enough. The workmanship is fairly shoddy. The groundskeeping however is really great. The snow is always plowed in the morning, the grass is always mowed. One of the women in the main office is particularly unpleasant. She has an attitude problem and looks down her nose at apartment ...Full review of Eastwood Apartments

Nice Apartments - I moved from out of state here to Rochester and wanted to find some nice, affordable, and somewhat secluded apartments. The combination of the 3 led me to Park Titus Apartments. There is usually a waiting list for these, because many folks renew and it is a small community so plan ahead of time and get on that list. The only noise I encountered was the upstairs neighbor walking ...Full review of Park Titus Apartments

University Place - I have been very happy at University Place. Its a very old building (formerly the Scrantom's store on Main St), but has been refurbished on every floor. It's beautiful. The rec room is great! Billiards, darts, 55" TV, bar style tables. I have a nice view of the Eastman Theater, which is lit up at night. I go 1 block to breakfast in the morning and go 2 blocks ...Full review of University Place

Very nice apartment - Moved to this complex from a house, when my son left for college. Nice size dining room, fits my table that sits six people. Large bathrooms and a large walk-in closet. Second bedroom is large enough to fit my son's full size bed. You can hear the noise from the community hallway in the living room area. Yet it is quiet in both bedrooms. During the summer months when the windows ...Full review of Courtyard Apartments

great place to live - I've lived here for 9 months and I'm loving it here. It's right by Seneca Park and only a few mintures drive to Wegmans, Walmart and other shops. I live on the first floor and I was a little nervous at first based on my previous experience with first floor apartments and bugs. I have not seen a single bug in my apartment. One thing I wish was different was the basement. The ...Full review of Parklane Apartments
