It's hard not to fall in love with these apartments... especially the third floor all 1,157 sq. ft, two huge bedrooms, 1.5 baths, cathedral ceilings, updated kitchen/carpet/baths, etc. The problem is the Genesee Valley Conservation League (a.k.a. GUN CLUB) is directly in back of the apartment complex. The maniacs there shoot from 9:30 a.m. - 8:30 p.m. every day of the week, even on Sunday (yes, the day of rest). The office staff is great until you sign the lease, then they really roll their eyes when you call with a problem. The apartments are beautiful but you can't sit on your balcony because the gun fire is too loud and the air conditioners are old (no central air). So you can't have your windows open in the summer and if they are closed and you run the air it is loud and annoying. For the amount of the rent ($1,000) I expect a whole lot more.

All that is true (except the office staff is great). There are beautiful wooded areas and lots of greenery. I live here and the gun shots don't bother me - I guess you get use to it!

I also forgot to mention that I had lived there for about 2 years and never noticed shooting anyways. I've recently moved back to the area and plan on moving into these great apartments.

Yes all true - gunfire is loud and annoying but apartments are great inside. If you dont like sleeping in move here!
