Beautiful wooded area, scenery and nice neighbors

THis is a nice place to live. I have lived in Rochester over 40 years (born here) and I have lived in many areas - this is one of the prettiest. As with any place there are pros and cons. This is an older building but it is well maintained. The other thing is that as a parent of a teen-ager - I am disappointed in the complex for not having an area for kids (playground, basketball court etc). The office staff is nice and helpful. All of the neighbors are nice!
