it was the 1st apartment that i looked at and had to rent because i tohuth i was ready..well along came extra fees ontop of rent for no reason... which wasnt stated in the lease... parking was okay...i wasnt overly impressed for the price as opposed to the space that you get in a 1 bedroom..private enterances would have been nice. Over all is was a nice place to live..nothing special..it was tucked away and private..which was nice.... but i had probems with my pipes bursting in the winter bevcause i was on the outside wall..and lived wiht no heat for a couple days..it as freezing....
