We have lived hear for over 3 years and absolutely LOVE our apartment. It's a split level with over 1100 sq. feet. The downstairs is huge and has beautiful cathedral ceilings and an updated kitchen. Upstairs we have huge bedrooms and 1.5 baths. There is a shooting range near by and it can be a little annoying in the summer but its not a deal breaker. Since we are on the top floor we don't hear neighbors very much unless they have dogs (pets are allowed). Its pricey but heat and basic cable are included in rent
