I have lived in Brook Hill for six months. Its safe, close to everything in Rochester and reasonably priced. Its a great place to live if you have a dog. One downside is the gun range next door. Overall, everything is very clean and the staff is super friendly and accomodating no matter the issue. I would recommend this facility to anyone.
