I have lived here for the 3 1/2 years that I have lived in the Rochester area. I have a large 2 bedroom apartment with 1 1/2 baths. Brook hill is set off the main road, Penfield Rd, so I don't hear the road noise and traffic, and is surrounded on 3 sides w/ woods and the Irondequoit Creek. However, it is close to almost all shopping and conveniences needed w/ shopping centers, Post Office, restaurants, and car dealers and repair centers all within 1/2 mile. The staff is very friendly. I know them by first name, as they know me. There is always seasonal maintenance being done to keep the grounds and buildings looking their best. The few times that i have needed work in my apartment, it has been done quick and correctly.
